Ivy (Catherine) O’Brien (née Leonard), 2 Michael Collins Park, Rathvilly Co. Carlow – 23rd June 2026, peacefully at the District Hospital, Carlow surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her beloved husband Terry, son Edward, brother Paurice and sister Margaret.

Sadly missed by her loving children: Mary, George, Betty, Deirdre, Terry, Lenny, Vinny and Edel, sisters Eva and Georgina, sons in law and daughters in law, brother in law and sisters in law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Halligan’s Funeral Home, Barrack St. Tullow R93 TX99, on Wednesday evening 24th June from 4:30 pm concluding at 7 pm.

Funeral arriving to St. Patrick’s Church, Rathvilly on Thursday morning for 11am Requiem Mass after which she will be laid to rest in Rathvilly Cemetery.
